LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that PNH Stores Ltd has made application to Christchurch Borough Council (the Council) for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as PNH Stores Ltd 3 Church Street Christchurch BH23 1BW enabling the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises between the hours of 08:00 and 21:00 from Monday to Saturday and 08:00 to 13:00 on Sundaywhen the premises will be open to the public.
A copy of the Application can be viewed at the Licensing Office of the Council Civic Offices Bridge Street Christchurch BH23 1AZ between the hours of 08:45 and 17:15 on Monday to Thursday and 08:45 and 16:45 on Friday or viewed on line at www.dorsetforyou.com.
Any person wishing to make any representations on this Application must do so in writing to the Licensing Officer of the Council at the above address or by e-mail at licensing @christchurchandeastdorset. gov.uk by 17:00 on the 29thDecember2015.
Please note that it is offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
