Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence THAT Bournemouth Little Hotel Limited has given to Bournemouth Borough Council an application for variation of the Premises Licence in respect of Hilton Bournemouth, Terrace Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5AQ. A brief description of the proposed variation is: to vary the hours for sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday from 0800 hours until 0300 for non-residents. The Licensing Register of Bournemouth Borough Council is kept at Town Hall Annex, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY and where applicable at www.bournemouth.gov.uk. The record ofthe application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Bournemouth Borough Council to be received at their above address by no later than 23 December 2015. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
