LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for the variation of a Premises Licence
NOTICE Is hereby given that Hajaff (UK) Limited has applied to Christchurch Borough Council for the variation of the premises licence for the premises known as: Blushh, 29-31 Bargates Christchurch BH23 1QD. The application is to extend the terminal hour for entertainment and the sale of alcohol until 2 a.m. on Sundays to Thursdays and until 4 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, New Year's Eve and Christmas Eve and on Bank Holiday weekends (Sundays only) with a further 30 minutes for late night refreshment and opening; to remove Live Music from the licence and to modify the condition relating to floor walks and to allow limited "off-sales". Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to Environmental Health (Licensing), Christchurcfi Borough Council, Civic Offices Bridge Street Christchurch BH23 1AZ no later than 17th December 2015. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Christchurch Borough Council at the above address (or www.Dorsetforyou.com). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
