Notice of Application for the variation of a Premises Licence Notice is given that OCR STORE LTD has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
Premises: SPAR, 110 OLD CHRISTCHURCH RD BOURNEMOUTH BH1 1LU
The proposed variation are: Removal of embedded restrictions and submission of suggested conditions.
Extension of licensing hours in relation the supply of alcohol 0800hrs-0200hrs daily

Representations must be received no later than 06/01/16. The Application Record and Register can be viewed between 0900hrs and 1600hrs Monday to Friday at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine forwhich a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
