Bennett Restaurants Limited is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for McDonalds, 33-35, Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 1DS.
The Licence if granted is to extend the current trading times of the restaurant and provision of late nightrefreshment.
The proposal is for the restaurant to trade 24 hours between Monday-Sunday.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to; The Licensing Authority, Bournemouth Borough Council, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH2 6EB.
Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days form the date of this notice.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
