(VARIOUS ROADS AND PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NOS. 218-220) ORDER 2016
The Council of The Borough and County of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority in exercise of its powers under Section 1(1), 1(3), 1(3A), 2(1), 2(2C), 2(4), 3(1),4(1),4(2),4(3),5,32,35,35A,36,47,49,53,63A,65,66,81,82,87,126 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and 65(1), 66(4) and 90(A) of the Highways Act 1980 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with paragraph 20 of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 proposes to make an Order the effect of which is as follows:
NO WAITING AT ANYTIME MEANS DOUBLE YELLOW LINES

Library Road, Gloucester Road
The existing Waiting Restrictions at the junction to be changed to No Waiting atAnyTime and No Loading, Mon-Fri, 8am-10am and 2pm-4pm.

Douglas Road
Two sections of the existing Waiting Restrictions outside No. 2 and 2A to be revoked.

Talbot Village Controlled Parking Zone
The existing single yellow lines to be changed to No Waiting, Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm. Removal of the 15 June-15 September restriction in Baverstock Road, Bishop Close, Caton Close, Charlotte Close, Cull Close, Cutler Close, Drew Close, Fern Barrow, Georgina Close, Gillett Road, Isaacs Close, Laidlaw Close, Marianne Road, Mansel Close,McWilliam Close, Mickleham Close,Mullins Close,Purchase Road, Smithson Close,Talbot Meadows,Valley View, Vine Farm Close and Vine Farm Road
Fern Barrow
Impose No Waiting atAnyTime opposite the following side roads: Baverstock Road, Caton Close, Drew Close, Laidlaw Close, Marianne Road, Mickleham Close,ValleyView, Vine Farm Road
Gillett Road
The Existing Waiting Restrictions to be changed to NoWaiting At Any Time Restrictions on both sides of the Cul-de-sac serving Numbers 22 to 60
Full details ofthe above proposals are contained in the DraftOrder which, together with a plan showing the length of roads affected and a Statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Orders, may be examined at Transportation Services, Room 159, Civic Centre, Poole BHI5 2RU.
