MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION WORKS AT POOLE BRIDGE
Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Poole Council has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake demolition and construction works at Poole Bridge. Plans showing the position of the works ma/ be inspected at Civic Centre, Poole, BH15 2RU. Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to marine.consents@ marinemanagementorg.uk, within 28 days of 11 February 2016 quoting reference MLA/2015/00464. The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
