NOTICE OF MODIFICATION ORDER
SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH AND COUNTY OF THE TOWN OF POOLE
DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF RIGHTS OF WAY
THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH AND COUNTY OF THE TOWN OF POOLE OLD TOWN RIGHTS OF WAY MODIFICATION ORDER 2016
The above order, made on 4th February 2016, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the areas affected by the Order entitled "The Council of the Borough and County of the Town of Poole Old Town Rights of Way Modification Order 2016" that is the addition of footpaths in the area contained within this title.
A copy of the Order and the Order maps may be seen free of charge at the Rights of Way Section, Civic Centre, Poole, BH15 2RU during business hours, or alternatively on the Borough of Poole website, or otherwise contact rightsofway@poole.gov.uk for details. Copies of the Order and the map may be bought there at a price of £5.
Any representation or objection relating to this Order must be sent to Rights of Way, Civic Centre, Poole, BH 15 2RU or to rightsofway@poole.gov.uk no later than 31st March 2016, and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. Any correspondence received will be made available for public inspection.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order (or to any part of it), or if any so made are withdrawn, Borough of Poole, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for the Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for consideration, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it
