LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
SECTION 123 (l),(2A) LAND AT ALEXANDRA PARK, POOLE, DORSET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough and County of the Town of Poole is considering granting a long lease of land of the existing pavilion, green and public toilets which forms part of an open space at Alexandra Park, Poole, Dorset, for use as a leisure or recreation facility following a procurement exercise.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing to the Culture and Community Learning and sent to the Council by 10th March 2016 Comments (quoting Alex Park) can be sent by:

1. Writing; addressed to Head of Culture and Community Learning, Borough of Poole, Upton House, Upton Country Park, Upton, Poole, Dorset, BH17 7BJ.
