 Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Tiien Limited has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the grant of the premises licence for the premises to be known as: The Roselyn, 55 West Cliff Road Bournemouth BH4 8BA. The application is for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises only and the provision of late night refreshment to residents and their bona fide guests 24 hours a day and to non-residents who are dining in the premises from 11:00 hours until midnight (with a further 30 minutes for late night refreshment). Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall St Stephens Road Bournemouth BH2 6LL no later than 15 March 2016. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address (or www.boumernouth.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction s £5,000.
