Licensing Act 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Loungers Ltd has applied to Christchurch Borough Council for a Premises Licence under Section 34* (varying a premises licence) of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Arcado Lounge, 71 High Street, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1AS and propose to carry on the following activities:- To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises to midnight Thursday to Saturday. To add Late Night Refreshment to the premises licence until 23.30 hours Sunday to Wednesday and 00.30 hours Thursday to Saturday. To bring forward opening times of the premises to 08.00 hours all week, all as specified in the application.
Applications are available for public inspection atThe Licensing Team, Christchurch Borough Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, BH23 1AZ or on www.dorsetforyou. com. Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted by 14^th March 2016. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statementinconnectionwith an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
