LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We Mr N Hayward and Mr R Hennen Of 158 Golf Links Road, West Parley. BH22 8DA Apply to vary the Premises Licence for the premises known as Lower Ground Floor At 7 Glen Fern Road, Bournemouth. BH1 2LX HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT - We have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Authority on 19th day of February 2016, for a variation to the current Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The licensable activities and the hours attached to each activity will remain unchanged. The variation will include the following: Change of name to 'The Oasis'. To request an additional 30 minutes to the opening hours ofthepremises. Tocarryoutstructural alterations in order to include: Crazy Golf, Bowling Alley, Amusement Arcade, American Diner and amend the current conditions in Annex 2 of the premises licence. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or licensing@bournemouth.gov.uk.
