 Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
Notice is given that Pieminister Ltd has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Pieminister, 2 Albert Road, Bournemouth, BH1 1BZ The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 1st May2016.
Our proposed hours to sell alcohol are; Monday to Wednesday 10:00am until 11:30pm, Thursday to Saturday 10:00am until 1:00am and Sunday 10:00am until 11:30pm and the proposed hours for late night refreshment are; Monday to Wednesday 11:00pm until 12:00am, Thursday to Saturday 11:00pm until 1:00am and Sunday 11:00pm until 12:00am.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. www.bournemouth.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 28/03/2016

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
