Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that The Stable Bar & Restaurant limited has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as The Stable, Old Tourist Information Centre, Westover Road, Bournemouth, BH1 2BU. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. Supply of alcohol 10.00am - 23.30pm Monday to Sunday. 2. Late Night Refreshment 23.00pm - 23.30pm Monday to Sunday. 3. Opening hours 07.00am -midnight Monday to Sunday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Section, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall Annex, 5t Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA no later than 8th April 2016 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Bournemouth Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.bournemouth.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or reckless­ly to make a false statement in con­nection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on con­viction should such a false statement be made.
