LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for the variation of a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Jacob&NormanCo TA South Coast Ink Lounge & Bar Limited have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the variation of the premises licence for the premises to be known as: South Coast Ink Lounge and Bat Limited, Unit 4 8-10 Yetverton Road Bournemouth BH1 IDF. The application is to remove indoot sporting events and recorded music from the licence (other than recorded music on New Year's Eve) and to allow the bar at ground floor level only, to sell alcohol other than in conjunction with the use of the premises as a golf range by removing and amending conditions attached to the licence. No changes to the permitted hours are proposed. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall St Stephens Road Bournemouth BH2 611 no later than 7th April 2016. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address (or www.boumerrnuth.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement ir connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction s £5,000.
