(SPECIAL EVENTS) ACT 1994
THE POOLE (SPECIAL EVENTS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2016
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough and County of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority, is satisfied that traffic on the said roads, as previously advertised on 11 February 2016 should be prohibited for the purpose of holding events and has made an Order, the effect of which is that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along the lengths of road listed in the Schedule to the Order. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency vehicles will also be accommodated at all times. The proposed Order will be operative at the times shown on the schedule to the Notice.
The Order is operative from 29 March 2016 and will continue in force until 31 December 2016 at the times listed in the schedule.
