Application for Variation of a Premises Licence
We, Booker Limited, of Equity House, Irthlingborough Road, Wellingborough, NN8 1LT apply for a variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Booker Cash and Carry, Yeomans Way, Bournemouth, BH8 0BW to vary the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: Details of Variation:
To vary the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off of the premises as follows: Monday-Saturday: 07:00-23:00 Sunday: 07:00-22:30
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. Representations must be received no laterthan 13 April 2016. The application may be viewed during opening hours at Bournemouth Borough Council's Offlces or at www.bournmouth.gov uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
