Licensing Act 2003
Mohammed Ayhan Islam has applied to East Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 forthe Premises known as and situate at Wimborne Fish & Chips, 9 Leigh Road, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 1AB and proposes to carry on the following activity:-Sale of Alcohol
Applications are available for public inspection at Licensing Team, East Dorset District Council, Council Offices, Furzehill, Wimborne. Dorset BH21 4HN or on www.dorsetforyou.com Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 19th April 2016 and 20th May 2016. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
