BOROUGH AND THE COUNTY OF THE TOWN OF POOLE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14 (1), 15 & 16
SHORT DURATION ROAD CLOSURE SERPENTINE ROAD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
The Borough and County of the Town of Poole hereby gives Notice that subject to weather conditions on Saturday 2 July 2016 between 8am and 6pm no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along Serpentine Road.
The temporary closure is necessary for health and safety while a crane operation is undertaken to the Barclays building and the Council is satisfied that vehicles on the said road shall be prohibited.
