The temporary closure is necessary, providing there are no adverse weather conditions, for health and safety while work is undertaken for the dismantling of a tower crane and the Council is satisfied that vehicles on the said road shall be prohibited. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency vehicles will be accommodated on a one-off basis. There will be access for residents where practicable. A diversion will be signed.
