I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Borough of Poole for planning permission:

MAJOR DEVELOPMENT NOTICE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 NOTICE UNDER SECTION 67 & 73

APP/16/00901/F Unless consented by variation of planning condition the ground floor commercial units shall be constructed in accordance with the attached Breeam Pre-assessment estimator dated 26/5/2016. Within 6 months of first occupation of the units a post Construction Review Certificate (or equivalent) shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority verifying that the standards referred to in the design stage pre-assessment have been met. 2-14 Dunyeats Road.

APP/16/00983/F Proposed single storey extension to create a double garage / workshop and garden store. Hamilton House, 38 Nelson Road.
APP/16/00986/F Demolition of the existing house and erection of a replacement dwelling with access and garaging. 107 Orchard Avenue.
APP/16/00985/F Erection of detached two bedroom chalet bungalow with car port. 67 Kingland Road.
APP/16/01018/F Replacement of front boundary treatment. Extensions and alterations to property. 7A Spencer Road.
