BOROUGH OF POOLE LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises Delfino Lounge, Units 8-9, The Dolphin Centre, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1SP. Notice is given that Loungers Ltd have applied to Borough of Poole Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The Licensable activities are: The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises only from 10.00 hrs until 23.00 hrs Sunday to Wednesday and 10.00 hrs until 00.00 hrs Thursday to Saturday and 10.00 to 01.00 hrs (following day) on New Year's Eve. Late night refreshment until 23.30 hrs Sunday to Wednesday, 00.30 hrs Thursday to Saturday and 01.30 hrs (following day) on New Year's Eve, all as specified in the application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Head of Environmental and Consumer Protection Services, Borough of Poole, Unit 1, New Fields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Poole, Dorset BH17 0NF. Representations must be received no later than 01/08/16.
