We, HOMELAND PRODUCTS LIMITED Of 21 Waytown Close, Poole, Dorset BH17 9WF Apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as LATINOS STORE, 688 CHRISTCHURCH ROAD, BOURNEMOUTH BH7 6BY. HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Authority on 3rd day of August 2016, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003
The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and starting from the 1st of September 2016
The Sale/supply of alcohol from 10.00hrs - 19.00 hrs Monday to Sunday Alcohol will be sold for consumptionoffthepremisesonly. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale)
