ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1), 15 & 16
VARIOUS SHORT DURATION ROAD CLOSURES TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

The Borough and County of the Town of Poole hereby gives Notice that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along the following roads on the dates as listed below:

Calder Road Tuesday 30 August 2016 from 8am until 5.30pm approx

Lynn Road and Kelly Close Wednesday 31 August 2016 from 8am until 5.30pm approx

Mitchell Road, Lord Close, Aaron Close and Gosling Close Thursday 1 September 2016 from 8am until 5.30pm approx

Scarf Road (from Adastral Road to Mitchell Road) Friday 2 September 2016 from 8am until 5.30pm approx.

The temporary closures are necessary while a sealing treatment is undertaken to the carriageways and the Council is satisfied that vehicles on the said roads shall be prohibited.

Residents of the closed section of roads will be informed by letter nearer the time of the proposed work with further details. The affected roads will be part ofa phased closure and will not all be closed at the same time.
