NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been received as follows:

6/2014/0652 Replace existing roof covering and install conservation style roof light to rear elevation. (Retrospective) High Street (207), Swanage, BH19 2NG. 6/2014/0647 Alterations to form kitchen/dining room with additional windows & rooflight. Pound Lane (13), Wareham, BH20 4LQ Householder Application.

6/2014/0650 Block up existing window and insert new on rear elevation, remodel interior including removal of staircase. Knowle Cottage, Church Knowle, BH20 5NG.

6/2014/0661 Remove stone roof, replace any defective timbers, insert membrane, and replace tiles making good as necessary. remove fibre cement roof, replace any defective timbers, reroof with Delabole slate tiles. The Dairy House, Encombe Dairy, Kingston, BH20 5LW.

Members of the public may inspect copies of an application, plans and other documents submitted with it at Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, between 8.45 am and 4.45 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 4.15 on Friday.

Anyone who wishes to comment on an application should write to the Development Control Manager at the above address within 21 days of the date of this notice quoting the application number. Letters received will be made available for public inspection.

N.B: If the application is marked as a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
