APP/14/01656/F Proposed erection of new detached dwelling. Land Adjacent to 8 Martello Road South. APP/14/01670/F Severance of the land and the erection ofa terrace ofno.5 dwellings with associated parking, access and amenity space, including Chalice Close widening scheme. Land Rear of 115-123 Commercial Road.
APP/15/00028/F Retrospective application to alter shop front. Burger Shop, 73-75 Commercial Road. APP/14/01672/C Change of Use to site holiday lodge caravans in place of touring caravans including demolition of existing buildings at Merley Court Touring Park, Merley House Lane. APP/15/00005/L Internal alterations, modernisation and refurbishment of the 1910 Listed Building to upgrade patient facilities. St Ann's Hospital, 69 Haven Road.

All correspondence and documents submitted about planning applications can now be viewed in their entirety on the Council's official website. The documents include application forms, reports and comments made on the application whether verbal, written, email or submitted online. Alternatively, members of the public who do not have access to the internet may view the application online at Planning and Regeneration Services, Civic Centre, Poole, BH15 2RU between the hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm, Mondays to Fridays. Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the above address within 21 days of the date of publication. Please quote the relevant reference number(s).
