CLOSURES AFFECTING POOLE HIGH
STREET LEVEL CROSSING
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH
TRAFFIC AND PEDESTRIANS
The Borough and County of the Town of Poole hereby
gives Notice that no person shall cause or permit any
vehicle or pedestrian to proceed over the Level Crossing
in the High Street, Poole and on the dates as listed below:
From 11.30pm on Friday 27 February until 5.30am on
Monday 2 March 2015
From Midnight until 5am on: Tuesday 3 March 2015
Wednesday 4 March 2015 Thursday 5 March 2015 Friday 6 March 2015

Monday 9 March 2015
From Midnight until 5am on: Tuesday 10 March 2015
Wednesday 11 March 2015 Thursday 12 March 2015 Friday 13 March 2015 From Midnight until 5am on: Tuesday 7 April 2015 From Midnight until 5am on: Tuesday 5 May 2015 The temporary closures are necessary for essential track renewals to be undertaken and the Council is satisfied that vehicles and pedestrians on the said road shall be prohibited.
The railway bridge will remain open apart from on occasions, when due to health and safety reasons, it will be closed while heavy equipment is lifted into place. For pedestrians who are unable to use the bridge a diversion will be in place.
