I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Borough of Poole for planning permission:

APP/15/00079/P Outline application to demolish existing industrial units and erect 30 Category 2 sheltered apartments, with associated parking. Apex Works, 15-17 Wills Road.

APP/15/00126/F Variation of conditions following planning approval APP/11/00662/F to: Block 1: internalise lobby platform lifts, relocate some bin storage to Network Rail land, remove tandem parking space walls, relocate communal space to Network Rail land, and realign 5th floor north wall. APP/15/00168/F Demolition of garage/store and lean-to to rear of 95 Commercial Road and erection of single storey side extension and 2 storey rear extension to form 2 flats and class A1 shop extension. Land Rear of 95 Commercial Road.
APP/15/00177/F New double car park space with new vehicular access from Ballard Close. Balcony to rear over existing flat roof. 24 Stanley Road.
