I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Borough of Poole for planning permission:

APP/I5/00I72/P Outline application to demolish existing and erect a mixed use development comprising 2 No. ground floor A2 units with 12 No. two bedroom flats with associated access, car parking and cycle parking provisions. 446-450A Ashley Road.

APP/15/00210/P Outline planning application for the demolition of existing Units G & J and the phased development of 13957 sq.m. GEA of new Bl (c), B2 & B8 floor space and the re-opening of the existing Waterloo Road access. Fleets Corner Industrial Estate, Nuffield Road.

APP/15/00218/P Outline planning application for the demolition of the existing bungalows and the erection of 5 pairs of semi-detached houses with integral garages. 19-25 Fortescue Road.

APP/I5/00259/F Partially demolish and redevelop the existing clubhouse, relocate and extend a yard store, reconfigure the car park area, divert public footpath 88, construct a public viewing platform and undertake ancillary works and landscaping. Parkstone Yacht Club, Pearce Avenue.

APP/15/00161 /PA Prior Approval for Change of Use of Ist & 2nd floor existing Bl offices to l5no. C3 residential flats with 13 Parking spaces Latimer House, 44-46 High Street
