THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH AND COUNTY OF THE TOWN OF POOLE PUBLIC FOOTPATH FP88 (PATH ROAD
NO. 48 TO WESTON'S POINT), POOLE
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND
DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2015 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The above Order was made on 25th August 2015. The effect of the Order will be to divert the section of the existing Public Footpath running from a point adjoining the Southernmost extent of Public Bridleway BR48 (NGR SZ 03074 90285), leading to Point A (NGR SZ 03031 90253) and extends in a south westerly direction for 141m to Point B (NGR SZ 02986 90185) adjacent to the edge of the South West elevation of the existing Parkstone Yacht Club, to a line of 2m width commencing at a point adjoining the Southernmost
extent of Public Bridleway BR48 (NGR SZ 03074
90285) in a South Westerly direction for a distance of 55m to Point A (NGR SZ 03031 90253), then narrowing to 1.5m and leading North East for a distance of 10m to Point C (NGR SZ 03040 90257), then leading South East for a distance of 62m to Point D (NGR SZ 03097 90231), and widening to 1.8m then leading generally South for a distance of 23m to Point
E (NGR SZ 03097 90209), then leading in a general South Westerly direction for 96m to Point F (NGR SZ 03026 90154) and terminating at that point. A copy of the Order and Order Map may be seen free of charge at the Civic Centre - Borough of Poole, Civic Centre, Poole BHI5 2RU. Copies of the Order and the Map may be bought there for a fee of £10.00
Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to Rights of Way Definitive Map Officer, Borough of Poole, Civic Centre, Poole, BHI5 2RU. Any letters received will be made available for public inspection. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council of the Borough of Poole may itself confirm the Order as an Unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation, any representations or objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
