BOROUGH AND THE COUNTY OF THE TOWN OF POOLE TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1991 TRANSPORTATION SERVICES REQUIRE A SHORT DURATION CLOSURE OF THE APPROACHES TO TWIN SAILS BRIDGE
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC AND PEDESTRIANS
The Borough and County of the Town of Poole hereby gives Notice that from 10.30pm on Monday5 October20l5 until the first scheduled lift on Tuesday 6 October 2015 that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle or pedestrian to proceed over the Twin Sails Bridge. The temporary closure of the approaches to the Twin Sails Bridge is necessary while hydraulic investigation and test lifts are undertaken and the Council is satisfied that vehicles and pedestrians on the said road shall be prohibited. A diversion will be via Poole Lifting Bridge.
