Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Act 2003

LICENSING ACT 2003
APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Miss Pamela Joan Skuce has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence, in respect of premises to be known as The Micro Moose, at 326 Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, BH9 2HH, which would authorise the supply of alcohol between the hours of 11:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday.
The record of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at The Town Hall, Licensing Section, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EB or via the website, at www.bournemouth.gov.uk Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this application must write to The Licensing Authority at the above address to be received no later than 15th March 2016.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale.
