LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I, Mr Ivo Antonio Gouveia Freitas
Of Flat 5, St James Court, 7 Owls Road BH5 1AJ Apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as Good as New 702 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH7 6BY.

HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Authority on 15 day of March 2016, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and starting from the 13^th of April 2016.

The Sale/supply of alcohol from 11.00hrs - 23.00 hrs Monday to Sunday. Alcohol will be sold for consumption
on the premises only.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA. licensing@bournemouth.gov.uk
Representations must be received no later than 12/04/2016.
The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale)
