NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENSE
Licensing Act 2003
Base Barley Bournemouth Limited has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Authority to grant a premises licence for 2, Albert Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 1BZ. A licence has been applied for that permits the sale by retail of alcohol to be consumed on and off the premises and regulated activities at the following times:
Sunday to Wednesday 11:00 - 23:30
Thursday to Saturday 11:00- 24:00
This application can be viewed at the Planning Transport & Regulation Services, Licensing Authority, Town Hall Annex,
St. Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY. Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing
Section at the address above by 23rd April 2016. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine is £5000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence. Dated 25th March 2016.
