NOTICE is hereby given that Char-Grillz Ltd has applied to Bournemouth Borough Counci for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: Char-Grillz, 74a Charminster Road Bournemouth BH8 8UR The application is for the grant of a licence to permitthesupplyofalcohol forconsumptionon the premises with table meals only The hours sought are from 10 am until 10 pm daily Anyone who wishes to make representations concerningthisapplicationmustdosoinwriting to The Licensing Department, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall St Stephens Road Bournemouth BH2 6LL no later than 21st April 2016. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address (orwww.bournemouth.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
