PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OFTHE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Wiltshire Council for a variation to a premises licence under the above Act on 10th May 2016.

Applicant: KT Investments Limited.
Address of premises: Edmonds Service Station, The Green, Lyneham, Chippenham,SN15 4PD.
Proposed vari­ation to the licensable activities: Additional hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Alter & increase retail floor area. Delete all conditions listed on premises licence annex 2b and replace with updated conditions.
Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day - Alcohol Sales 06.00 to 23.00.
