Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence

Notice is given that on 1st June 2016, Krzysztof Piotr Dziebowski has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to:

The Polish Delicatessen, 532 Christchurch Road,
Bournemouth, BH1 4BE

The proposed variation is:
1. To vary the hours of the sale of alcohol to 09:00hrs to 22:00hrs, Monday to Sunday inclusive.

2. To remove conditions concerning lockable covers to chiller units.

3. To remove conditions concerning display of alcohol within 2 metres of the entrance.

4. To remove conditions concerning entrance and exit barriers

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:
The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL or licensing@bournemouth.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 29th June 2016.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
