Borough of Poole, Licensing Act 2003 Premises Licence Notice is given that Top Ten Sporting Events Limited has applied to Borough of Poole Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; Premises Name: British Beach Sports Festival Address: Canford Cliffs Beach, Poole, OS Ref SZ 05990 89255
Notice is given that Top Ten Sporting Events Limited has applied to Borough of Poole Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; Premises Name: British Beach Sports Festival Address: Canford Cliffs Beach, Poole, OS Ref SZ 05990 89255
The proposed licensable activities are: provision of plays, films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything similar but not falling within the previous, late night refreshment and supply of alcohol. Thursday to Monday, 09:00 to 01:00 the following day. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Head of Environmental and Consumer Protection Services, Borough of Poole, Unit 1, New Fields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Poole, Dorset, BH17 0NF. Representations must be received no later than 30th June 2016.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person if liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to Level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
