BH11JU HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I have applied to Bournemouth, Borough Council Licensing Authority on 20th day of July 2016, to vai^ the Premises Licence BH084744 under the Licensing Act2003.
The following variation is proposed to the licensable activities together with the submission ofarevisedplanofthepremises which will show the additional proposed areas to be used for licensable activities. To increase the hours for the Sale ol Alcohol from 00:00 to 02:00 Monday to Sunday, with the ability to sell alcohol for consumption Off the premises during these hours.
To provide regulated entertainment - to
include - Live music, recorded music and
the Performance of Dance from 10:00 to
02:00hoursMondaytoSunday.
To provide Late Night Refreshment
from 23:00 to 02:30 hours Monday to
Sunday, with the ability to provide late
night refreshment for consumption off the
premises during these hours.
To allow customers to remain on the
premises until 02:30 hours Monday to
Sunday.
To amend the approved plan to show two additional areas where licensable activities maytakeplace.
To amend the Embedded conditions attached as part of the conversion application and replace these with new conditions.
