DOE (nee WINWOOD) SALLY ANN Who sadly passed away on the 8th April 2013. Her Husband Ian, Sons Chris and Steve, Brother Roger, Sister-In-Law Julie, Nieces Catharine and Haley, Mum and Dad Betty and Fred, wish to extend their grateful thanks to everyone, for their messages of sympathy, and all the kindness shown to them at this sad time. A very special thanks to all the doctors and staff at Hamworthy Medical Centre, the Macmillan Nurses and Forest Holme.
