SMITH (Pat) Patricia Susan Passed away peacefully on the morning of Sunday 5th February 2023 at Lymington Hospital aged 72. Loving mother of Peter and David, and mother-in-law to Kate. Reunited with her much loved mother Betty, father Jack, brother Christopher, and husband Brian. Sadly missed by family and friends. Requiem Mass at Bournemouth Oratory Sacred Heart, Thursday 23rd February 2023 at 2:00pm, followed by Committal at Bournemouth Crematorium.
