THOMAS Martyn Passed away peacefully at the Care Home with carers by his side, aged 63. Sorely missed by his brothers David and Steven. Funeral to be held on 16th November 2pm at Poole Crematorium. No flowers. Donations to be made to Parkinson's UK. Anyone who can't make the funeral can watch via the Tappers website.
