O'BRIEN Patricia (Pat) Passed away at Royal Bournemouth Hospital on Tuesday 23rd January aged 72 years. Beloved Mum to Jenny, Nanny to Nathanial, Joshua and Oliver and Great Nanny to Iris and Stanley, Pat will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral Service will take place at Poole Crematorium on Wednesday 14th February at 10:00 am. Family flowers only please.
