BATES Wendy Passed away peacefully in hospital on 8 June 2024, aged 90. Wendy was kind hearted and devoted to her family and friends. A member of Wimborne Minster congregation. Her working life started as a telephonist in South Wales in 1949 and School Secretary at Queen Elizabeth, Wimborne for 22 years. She loved painting, the beach, swimming and above all her family with 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Wendy will be missed by her family and friends. The Funeral service will take place at Wimborne Minster on Tuesday 25 June 2024 at 14:00 hours. Family flowers only. Donations to The Primrose Foundation https://www.primrosefoundation.org
