THE Highcliffe Revival Food Festival will welcome chef and author Valentine Warner in May.
The new event, part of Christchurch Food Festival, will also include food stalls, demonstrations and street entertainment.
Valentine Warner, a cook, food writer and broadcaster, will be giving demonstrations and attending a special lunch at the Cliffhanger restaurant.
Trained originally as a portrait painter, he went on to become a chef in London’s kitchens for five years before running his own catering company. The event will take place on Saturday, May 16.
Programmes with more details will be available by late March. Go to highcliffevillage.com for more or visit highclifferevivalfoodfestival on Facebook or follow @hcliffevillage on Twitter.
