A BUDDING photographer is looking for a newly-engaged couple she snapped during a day out.
Elle English has launched an appeal to help find the couple - whom she saw mid-proposal at Durdle Door - so she can hand over the photo she took of them.
The semi-professional photographer from Portsmouth was visiting the idyllic scene with friends on Sunday November 1 when she spotted the beautiful moment at just after 12.30pm.
She managed to whip out her lens just as the man got up from his knee and his fiancee jumped up to give him a hug having agreed to marry him.
"The photo was just taken as he was getting up from his knee," Ms English said. "She jumped up and gave him a big cuddle. It was so romantic. It was a really, really foggy morning and then just as we were walking down he got down on one knee and that's when he did it.
"We were quite far away but I had my camera around me and managed to get it out quickly. They were on the door. She had a pink top on and his was dark and they both looked like they have brown hair," she added.
"It was a really nice day out. It was just this black and white outline; that's what made it so beautiful."
Ms English is urging anyone who might know of the couple - or even the couple themselves - to contact her via her Facebook page.
