The Conservatives have retained their seat in New Forest West.
Sir Desmond Swayne received a total of 32,113 votes.
Although a victory for the Tories, the votes were down by 1,057 votes when compared to the 2017 election.
Sir Desmond had held his seat in the New Forest since the boundary changes resulting in the former constituencies of New Forest and Romsey and Waterside were abolished in 1997.
Sir Desmond said: "I'm feeling pretty good.
"The reality is, it would have taken a political earthquake to change the outcome of the New Forest election.
"It has been important to give time and effort to places like Southampton Itchen.
"Having such a large and capable team has allowed us to do this."
