KEVIN ANTHONY HINCKS, aged 45 and of Draper Road, Christchurch, admits being in possession of an internet enabled device at his home on May 2 that he had not notified police about and that he was prohibited from doing by a sexual harm prevention order made on April 4, 2019. Community order made, whereby the defendant must complete up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits possessing a quantity of cannabis in Christchurch on May 2. Community order made. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
KARL ALEXANDER MURGATROYD, aged 35 and of Marshfield, Colehill, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on February 3 by failing to attend for planned appointments with his supervising officer on March 11 and March 18. Dealt with for original offence of breaching a restraining order. Committed to prison for eight weeks, consecutive. Also admits attending a location in Bournemouth on May 7, which he was prohibited from being at by a restraining order. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Overall length of sentence 16 weeks.
