A nightclub in Bournemouth was forced to close last night due to “intermittent power issues”.
Due to power failures, staff at The Old Fire Station had to cancel the Enter and Drumfunk event on Saturday October 2.
Last night, the nightclub on Holdenhurst Road put out a post on its Facebook page apologising for the cancellation of the event.
The post said: “Due to intermittent power issues on Holdenhurst Road, we are unable to open The Old Fire Station this evening (Saturday October 2 - Enter & Drumfunk).
“We will be looking to reschedule Hospitality for a later date. Tickets will roll over and be valid for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, you can contact your point of purchase for a refund.
“We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused but unfortunately it is completely out of our hands.”
SSEN engineers were on the scene last night. It is understood the issue has now been resolved.
The Old Fire Station is due to host a number of events in the coming events, as well as gigs from the like of The Vaccines and KSI on October 5 and October 6 respectively.
