A RESTAURANT in Bournemouth is to host a comedy night next month, featuring the likes of Britain's Got Talent semi-finalist Nick Page among others.
A host of comedians from across the country will descend on the newly refurbished The Social Grill in Boscombe on the November 7.
Having started comedy in 2018 at Chaplin’s Bar, comedian and host Glenn Braley has previously run regular nights at The Four Horsemen in Bournemouth and the King Charles in Poole.

He said: “The Social Grill has long been a favourite local hub in Boscombe for people that are looking for great entertainment and I’m really pleased to be putting on the show with them.
“We’ve got a nicely varied line-up, so there’s sure to be something for everyone’s tastes.”
Alongside 2017 Comedian of the Year Nick Page will be comedians Griff, Leanne Easthope and John Lee.
Glenn added: “I’m so proud to be hosting such a high-profile act, I certainly didn’t think this would be happening when I took my first steps into comedy three years ago.
“It’s been a lot of hard work to get here over the last few years, but it’s really nice to see how comedy in Bournemouth has been picking up – and I’m really pleased to be a part of that.”
Tickets for the event start at £10.
